Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: we are a factory. We can produce different materials of porcelain products, no broker fee, very cost effective. In the meantime, we are familiar with many other flatware, glassware factory, which allows us to offer the one stop service, save your time and cost.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes, free samples are available, and we will work it out this way: Firstly, you need to pay for the samples and freight, but
the same amount of cost will be deducted when you make the order after confirmation of the samples.
Q: What’s your MOQ? Can I add up different products to reach the MOQ?
A: Usually the MOQ for dinnerware sets is 100sets,single type, but it varies from type to type. And if the models you choose are in stock, the MOQ is flexible.
Q: Are your products safe?
A: Yes, they are safe, all raw material we use are eco-friendly, lead free, chromium free, and quality control department
especially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Q: Can you help us to develop our own product?
A: OEM/ODM/OBM are all available, we have professional teams doing this, please contact with us to discuss more details if you need it.
Q: What is your production leading time?
A: For stock products, we can ship within 7 days, if production is needed, the leading time is around 35 days usually, if there are holidays in the production time, please confirm the time with us.
Q: Where do you ship from? Where do you ship to? Can you do drop ship?
A: All products will be shipped from China, mostly from the XINGANG TIANJIN, CHINA Port, if you need to ship from other cities or ports, please contact us for further confirmation. And we can ship to worldwide. Drop ship is available, and we will leave no information of us if requested.
Q: Does the packaging can be chosen？
A:Yes, our packaging can be color box, gift box, white box, brown box or as client’s request.
Q: We must purchase the whole set?
A:No,you can purchase the whole set or any composition you want.

What kind of material are your products made in?
A: Mainly, there are three kinds of material: bone china, new bone china.
